gluten-free fritters - corn,capsicum,buckwheat (mais,paprika,buchweizen)












ingredients (zutaten)


- 1 can corn (mais)

- 1 yellow capsicum (gelbe paprika)

- 1cup grounded buckwheat (gemahlener buchweizen)

- 2 tablespoons fiberhusk (flohsamenschalen)

- 1 teaspoon baking powder (backpulver)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (salz)

- 1-2 teaspoons paprika powder (paprikapulver)

- 1/3 teaspoon chili flakes (chiliflocken)

- 1/2 onion (zwiebel)

- 1/2 cup water (wasser)


directions (anleitung)


- combine all dry ingredients 
  (alle trockenen zutaten miteinander vermischen)

- dice capsicum and onion 
  (paprika und zwiebel würfeln)

- add corn tin, water, capsicum and onion to the dry ingredients 
  (mais, wasser, paprika und zwiebel zur mehlmischung geben)

- combine well 
  (gut miteinander vermischen)

- shape into patties  
  (bratlinge formen)

- fry until golden and crispy  
  (goldgelb und knusprig anbraten)
