energy balls - peanut butter,chocolate,oats (erdnussbutter,schokolade,haferflocken)














ingredients (zutaten)


- 2 cups oats (haferflocken)

- 1/2 cup grounded flaxseeds (leinsamenschrot)

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (chiasamen)

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (zimt)

- 1/2 cup honey or date syrup (honig oder dattelsirup)

- 1/2 cup peanut butter (erdnussbutter)

- 1 teaspoon vanille extract (vanilleextrakt)

- 1 tablespoon hemp protein (hanf proteinpulver)

- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate (dunkle schokolade)



directions (anleitung)


-  place all ingredients into your food processor
  (alle zutaten in den mixer geben)

- pulse until all ingredients are blended
  (alles miteinander vermischen)

- form mixture into small balls
  (aus der masse kleine kugeln formen)

- place in the fridge for about 2 hours
  (für etwa 2 stunden im kühlschrank fest werden lassen)

- enjoy
